Craft Swaps: Metal Swap - Recieved \m/!!
OK, about time I shared with you what I recieved from AWESOME first time swapper Azura on Craftster in the Metal Swap I'm organising. Notice how with every item she encloses a lovely little printed note with a 'backstory'... thats what makes a swapper a GREAT swapper:
First, an adorable Les Paul keychain. Azura noted that I mentioned Les Paul was my favourite guitar shape from a comment I made on the discussion board (are you taking note crafters?) my keys are already on this...

Craft Swaps: Metal Swap - Sent (nsfw)
This is what I sent to Craftster user Azura (who lives in Barcelona) for the Metal Swap I'm organising:
An embroidered 'Devil Horns' wrist cuff (I drafted this pattern myself and if you're *really* good I'll put up a tutorial soon!)...
... and concealed zip ...
A Metal Make-up bag (made from a slightly modified version of queenofdiy's Straight Sided Triangular Cosmetic Bag from craftster.) with secret words of wisdom from Children of Bodom:
A patch featuring the most metal black on black embroidery with a quote from Metalocalypse:
I also gave her my old Sonisphere wristband (which I stitched a bit of elastic to to make it removable... but I didn't take a separate picture of that...
:-) fake leather ftw!!

RIP Poly Styrene
I know it's old news by now in the age of the internet... but I have to put my little tribute out there:
Excuse the video quality, but it had to be this clip, I've got fond memories of this venue in London. I went there years ago to support my Husbot (before He was my husb0t) playing with his band One Louder... I am very proud of my boys *big cheezy grin*
