So, ages ago (omg, a year ago, really?!) I made a russian doll taggie toy, you wouldn't know about it because, it seems, I completely forgot to blog it! (duh) but it is on craftster.
Well, that taggie turned out to be useless, too big and heavy for little hands, so I've made a newer, better, faster, stronger one ( :-) ). It's pink and green, I'm loving that colour combo at the moment, what a difference a year makes eh?

Tutorial! How to make a Jingle Bell Plush!
So guys, I've made a couple of noisy baby toys for a friend. A jingle bell plush and a crinkly taggie 'blanket'.
Today I'm going to show you how to make the plush, The 'blanket' coming later in the week.
Here's a video of them 'live' so to speak - obviously you'll need your speakers on to fully enjoy the noisiness of them :-)
Here's the tutorial for the plush itself. (as you can see.. not my work)
And here's the extra tutorial (mine) for adding in the jingle bells.
And here's some more pics of the plush!! <3! (after the 'read more' link)

neck to foot 22 cm
neck to top of leg 14 cm

I haven't figured out the whole PDF thing yet, so I've included a tape measure on each one so you can be sure you've got the sizes right for printing.
A few months ago a good friend of mine dropped me a facebook message asking if I'd be able to make a labcoat for his girlfriend's teddy bear as a birthday present. . . I thought, "yea, why not! there must be loads of tutorials on the Internet for stuff like that..." ... well guess what... there isn't :-/ ...
Well there is now!!
Teddy Bear Labcoat Tutorial!!
This pattern should fit teddys of these proportions.
Some modification might me needed for smaller/larger teddies!

Craft Swaps: OTT Star Wars Swap - Recieved
An OTT swap is a very fun thing indeed. You and your partner each send each other One Tiny Thing on the theme of the swap. When I saw the Star Wars OTT swap I knew I had to get in on it, and I'm so glad I did, lookit!
My partner SilentBlair has some embroidery skills (which is handy considering what I sent her!)
I personally haven't got round to perfecting a long and short stitch (or am I mislabelling this?) as precise as this!
Here's the star of the show... yes, it's...
Safely on my bookcase, next to my Yoda baby hat, waiting for my Squiggle to come and play! (this is seriously going in my overnight bag for hospital!)
